As Spring Break comes to an end there are exciting events happening in the Orlando area this weekend to close out the week with a bang! From making slime to decorating their own plant pots to glow in the dark dodgeball the kids are sure to have a blast!
The 20th Annual Seminole County Fair is a traditional celebration for the whole family. This family-friendly event is bigger and better than ever before and will feature state-of-the-art thrill rides, a Kiddieland designed especially for small children, delicious fair food and challenging games of skill. Conductor Eric Jacobsen, music director of the Orlando Philharmonic, will be making his Opera Orlando debut. The delightful Amanda Crider finds everlasting love in the title role with her prince, glorious tenor Javier Abreu. Internationally renowned stage director Ophelie Wolf brings this classic comedic cartoon to life. (all weekend)
Inspired by Adrienne Shelley’s beloved film, WAITRESS tells the story of Jenna, a waitress and expert pie baker working at a local diner and stuck in a loveless marriage. Her salvation comes in the form of her daughter, “Lulu.” (all weekend)
Come join for an Easter Celebration! The Easter Bunny will be there and you can take your own photos. There will be a reading of The Legend of Jelly Bean and the Unbreakable Egg Story. There will be 10,0000 Easter Eggs to hunt, a hayride and all the normal farm activities! (Saturday and Sunday)

Succulent Make & Take Craft: Add some green to your home! In this Make & Take activity we’ll bring out the inner artist and inner green thumb decorating your own plant pot and repotting it with a succulent plant. Succulents are great, low maintenance plants that will perk up your place in no time!
Discover the science of slime! Your girl’s experience begins with a delicious teatime in the American Girl Bistro. Then, she’ll participate in a hands-on workshop led by Mad Science, where she’ll learn about polymer molecules and how to make non-toxic slime (and get to take some home).
Bring your kids over any Friday at 6:00 PM for plaster painting, pizza and fun! Each child may choose two plaster pieces to paint. Also included is pizza and juice or water to drink.
Parents, enjoy the night out while the kids jump, flip, and twist the night away in our supervised trampoline area complete with 4 Olympic style trampolines, a foam pit, double mini trampoline, rod floor and tumble track. Our certified coaches will be on hand to ensure proper safety and correct jumping technique.
Buckets of eggs will be hidden in Peghorn Nature Park and Trail for a Geocaching Egg Hunt. Egg hunters will get GPS coordinates of the stashed buckets to program into their devices. Once participants have gathered one egg from each of the hidden buckets they will receive an “eggs” tra special prize. Devices are limited!

If you have a budding artist, then you will want to sign them up for a Between the Brushes Art Class. Classes are held each Saturday at the Art Room and each week is a different theme. This week’s theme is Mario Odyssey.

The Breakfast Buffet includes pancakes with all the toppings, bacon, Easter eggs, pastries, coffee and juice. Special Bunny Playtime includes pictures with the Easter Bunny, and cuddling with our very cutest farm animals. Paid child tickets also include a DIY craft, a souvenir gift, and an Easter Egg Hunt. During this 2hr camp, students ages 8-12 can come and learn new ways to create video stories with Paint 3D and Photos Remix, the newest Windows 10 creativity apps. Play with mixed reality by taking a picture of a 3D monster running after your friends and add it to your video. Or play with 3D effects like lightening and bubbles.
By the end of the camp, students will have created their own mini-movies with 3D models, Windows Ink, special effects, and a soundtrack.
