Baldwin Park Joint Committee and First Friday Festival present Tree Lighting Event. Come celebrate with Baldwin Park for the FIRST Tree Lighting Ceremony in conjunction with the Baldwin Park First Friday Festival.

City of Orlando Tree lighting Ceremony

Kickoff the holiday season on at the City of Orlando’s annual Tree Lighting Celebration at Lake Eola Park. The highlight of the event is the lighting of the six-story Christmas tree featuring 88,000 animated lights. The event also includes live entertainment, holiday music, and TheDailyCity.com Food Truck Bazaar.

Junior Nature Explorers at Mead Botanical Garden, Winter Park. Children 3 – 6 years old and their grown-up are invited to join in on new fun! Guided by Ms. Linda Jakubisin, Jr. explorers will experience a fun hike through the Garden and a nature activity and/or craft.

Kids Nights at Plaster Cottage of Clermont

Bring your kids over any Friday at 6:00 PM for plaster painting, pizza and fun! Each child may choose two plaster pieces to paint. Also included is pizza and juice or water to drink.

Mad Science Kids Night Out

Every Friday- Held at the Mad Science Lab inside of the Oviedo Mall. Includes dinner, science class, crafts, games, movie time, and more! $25/child! For kids 4-12 years old. No need to pre-register- just show up at the door at 6pm!

Pint-Size Science Drop-off Program at Orlando Science Center

Pint-Sized Science is a drop-off program designed for children ages 3-5 to explore science with their friends. During this three-hour program, they will discover and learn about a range of science topics, from bubbles to physics to machines and gears!

The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art Holiday Friday Nights

Free admission from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Live music from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on six consecutive holiday Friday nights, November 23 through December 28. Programming will also include gallery tours and an art demonstration on selected dates.

Entrance is free, free parking across the road from the park. Family Night Skate

Go to family night at Astro Skate for 3 hours of skating fun for the entire family.$20 for a family of 5 with one adult/$7 for an individual.

Longwood Movies in the Park

Movies in the Park kicks off Friday, November 9th at Reiter Park in Longwood. The event is free. Movies start around 6:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket or chair. Snack and beverages will be available for purchase.

Oakland Nature Preserve: Insect Safari

Led by entomologist Christy LeDuc, this is a fun, family suitable program where attendees will learn about different native insects of Florida. A different topic is featured each month.
