I cannot believe that it is March already. This year is starting to fly by. Summer is just over the horizon and we have already started to make plans.  Until then, there are lots of activities to do this weekend in Orlando. Find something for everyone.

Central Florida Fair

The Central Florida Fair in Orlando, Florida celebrates it 109th year from March 4th-14th, 2021. Come celebrate the community with Livestock, Agriculture, Horticulture, STEM education. The Central Florida Fair is celebrating its 109th year!

Florida Strawberry Festival

This annual large community festival features 11 days of headline entertainment, livestock shows, exhibits, rides, attractions, and a huge variety of strawberry food items. Please keep your family and others safe by always wearing masks and maintaining social distancing measures.

Down the Rabbit Hole at Mead Gardens

Circus arts, dance, music, comedy and theater come together to put you right in the middle of this beloved story. Down the Rabbit Hole is a theatrical journey unfolding as we follow Alice through the botanical gardens.

Serve Saturday is a day of volunteering when members of the community serve, whether it be a church, club, with friends or colleagues. Volunteers assist in our Distribution Center sorting and organizing donations as well as our Thrift Store to organize and stock donations.

Scooter Scavenger Hunt at Orlo Vista Park

Are you in the hunt? Join in this week’s Scooter Scavenger Hunt at Orlo Vista Park. Stickers featuring Orange County Parks’ mascot, Scooter, will be placed at Orlo Vista Park, starting with rules and Clue #1 at the front door. Clue #1 will guide participants to Clue #2, then on to a “Found It!” sticker.

Virtual Lego Shipbuilding Contest

The Los Angeles Maritime Museum’s Lego Shipbuilding Contest presents a new, virtual format. Shipbuilders of all ages may enter the contest in one of two categories: Build with Your Own Bricks, or No Bricks? No Problem, using whatever materials are available.
