Multiple Dates

145th Silver Spurs Rodeo

One of Osceola County’s longest and most treasured traditions is the Silver Spurs Rodeo. Hosted every 3rd weekend in February, this event features all seven traditional rodeo events: bull riding, saddle bronc riding, bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, tie-down roping, and barrel racing.

Outdoor entertainment includes the return of the world championship dog frisbee team, Disc-Connected K9’s, Eudora Farms Petting Zoo, Rosaires Racing Pigs, and this year we have added the 3 Ring Super Circus and the family entertainment of Bob Boehm (Bob Bohm’s Comedy Magic Show, FARMily Feud Agriculture game show, and the Survivor Game Show).

BAMkids Film Festival 2021 Virtual Offerings

BAMkids Film Festival 2021 will present a range of virtual programs from February 20-28. Established in 1998 and now in its 23rd year, the Festival—one of the largest attended children’s festivals in the country—presents nine days of virtual creative, fun, and culturally diverse films that tell stories about children and present ideas from a kid’s perspective.

Carnival of the Animals

Come take a walk on the wild side with this timeless classic brought to you by the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra’s Woodwind Quintet. This musical menagerie brings music inspired by animals to life. You will be transported to exotic locales as (musical) birds chirp, fish swim, elephants trumpet, and lions roar!

Down the Rabbit Hole at Mead Gardens

Circus arts, dance, music, comedy and theater come together to put you right in the middle of this beloved story. Down the Rabbit Hole is a theatrical journey unfolding as we follow Alice through the botanical gardens. You’ll meet Alice at the route’s starting place, in limited groups of 10-15.

Florida Film Academy-Kids Night Out

Kids Night Out events meet on Friday’s from 5:30pm-9:30pm Students enjoy a pizza party and a night of movie making fun. Students work together as a team and learn how create original films centered around fun themes!

Goat Yoga at Alaska Farms

This new experience is provided here at Alaska Farms. The new innovative idea was started by The Fernandez sisters, whose goals are to transform stress into happiness with the baby goats, among other animals. Goat yoga allows you to harmonize with nature and creates a sense of peace and relaxation.

One World: International Women Artists Of Florida

An invitational showcase of work by nine professional working artists and Florida residents from different countries — each with a distinctive style that lifts up the individual woman’s love of their art form with influences from their country of origin and life experience.

Orlando Blossom Festival and Chili Cookoff

The first annual Orange Blossom Festival will include live music, food trucks, a chili cookoff, u-pick citrus, fresh honey, and more. Visitors can also enjoy the farm’s monster truck tour, farm animals, playground and gem mining. Social distancing will be enforced.

Symphony Storytime

The 2020–2021 Symphony Storytime Series continues in February with Carnival of the Animals! Come take a walk on the wild side with this timeless classic brought to you by the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra’s Woodwind Quintet.

Black History Month Canvas Project: Young Artist Showcase

In honor of Black History Month, several young artists will be painting what Black History Month means to them, LIVE, at Waterford Lakes Town Center on Saturday February 6th from 9 AM-3 PM.
