With weather in Orlando moving back and forth between uber hot and extremely rainy, playing outdoors at the park is not always possible. Sure you can stay at home and play, but there is only so much space that you have in your house and there is a limit to the amount of toys that you can keep there. Granted, you can join a program like Pley and borrow toys to give your kids access to a never-ending library of toys, but that will still only get them one toy at a time. If you are looking for an indoor play space in Orlando where kids can play, run around and just be kids for a few hours then I suggest My Little Town.

I had actually never heard of My Little Town until my son and I were invited to a play date there. When we walked his eyes lit up and as soon as I took his shoes off, he got down to the business of playing. He didn’t even mind that the kids we were meeting up with were a little bit late.

My Little Town has lots of toys to play with including cars, with a little mini track that kids can push their cards around Fred Flintstone style, kitchens, tool benches, cash registers, trampolines and a ball pit. There is an indoor playground structure with slides and a climbing wall similar to what you would find outdoors. There is also a blocks room with Legos and bigger blocks for smaller hands, and a room with a bouncy house. For bigger kids, there are basketball games, a foosball table and an air hockey table. For the wee ones, there is a gated baby area where they are free to crawl around.indoor play space Orlando

My son and his friends had a blast at My Little Town. They climbed walls, raced cars, built fortresses, rang up groceries, hammered nails, and bounced as high as they could on the trampoline. In other words, they had the time of their lives.

Tip:  Get there when they first open at 9am. You will have the place to yourself. It starts to get busier around 10 or 10:30.

Good to Know: Everyone that will be on the play floor must wear socks, this includes babies.

Cost: $9.99 (kids 6 months to 8 years old)/$5.99 (kids 9 to 11) – 2 adults are free with each child
