Andretti Indoor Karting and Games

Andretti offers more than just video games, though the games alone could keep the kids busy for hours. With state-of-the-art 3D, multi-player options, timeless classic video games (sure to bring parents some nostalgia), and life-sized games, your kids may not want to leave. They also feature indoor go-kart racing, a ropes course with a zip line, 4D simulators, laser tag and boutique bowling.

Personally, I am not sure who would enjoy this place more, me or the kids! Either way, Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is definitely a place worth checking out

Arcade Orlando

Arcade Orlando is located at Dezerland Park Orlando. The Arcade has hundreds of fun games that are fun for very young kids up to adults. The arcade features ride-on games, dance games, skill games, VR games and more. If you are longing for the games of your childhood, the arcade also has some “nostalgic” games that you can play including classic pinball.

When you get tired of playing video games, Arcade Orlando also has bumper cars and laser tag.

Arcade Monsters

With awesome games from the 1970s, spanning to today’s latest and greatest, Arcade Monsters boasts itself as the largest arcade in Central Florida. So, if you are looking for a place to spend the day, playing great games, look no further. From classic arcade games and pinball machines to the newest games out on the market today, this place also boasts amazing Cuban street food along with a retro candy and ice cream shop. If you find yourself on this part of town, you have to stop in! Your family will thank you.

Chuck E. Cheese

From games like foosball, hockey, alley bowling and console games, Chuck E Cheese is the perfect place for kids to be kids. Whether after school or on the weekend, there are lots of fun things for your kids to do there. They have fun dancing games and racing simulators, as well as touchscreen games and crane claw prize games. This is one of those places every child should experience once as it’s such a classic and not to be missed.

Good to note: Chuck E. does come out at various times to interact with the kids. Some kids will be super excited while others might be scared.

Dave & Buster’s

Located on I-Drive, Dave and Buster’s is a national brand known for their gaming options and fun. On Wednesdays, they even have half-price games, so it may make a fun outing after school with the kids. From classic games like skeeball, air hockey, connect four and pac-man, to new games in their million-dollar midway, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

They also have a full menu in the restaurant should a meal or snack be needed for fuel.

The best deal in our opinion is the Eat & Play card. You get a meal and a game card for a little more than the price of the meal itself.

Good to note: Dave & Buster’s does require a Power Card to play games and there is a small charge to purchase one, so make sure to keep the card somewhere you can find it so you can you just add funds the next time instead of buying a new card.

District Eat Play

Located at the Oviedo Mall, District Eat Play does not offer just your typical arcade entertainment. With 50 of the latest games on the market, the arcade experience is sure to not disappoint! This is the perfect spot for a little family-friendly competition on DDR or at the air hockey table. Love pinball? Well they have a Pinball Alley full of pinball games that you can play.

District Eat Play also has other fun activities including escape rooms, a boutique bowling alley, axe throwing and gelly ball (which they describe as paintball without the sting.)

They definitely offer up a lot of different options to keep the family entertained.

Good to note: District Eat Play has a full restaurant and sports bar and on the weekends features the top games on screen.

Fun Spot America Arcade

Fun Spot America is known for its rides, but it also has a large arcade on the property and many people go just to play the games. The arcade is over 10,000 square feet of fun and features a combination of new games and old favorites. Play the Flappy Bird video, help the Transformers save the world, or race against your significant other or one of your kids. There is a redemption counter where kids can trade in their tickets for small prizes.

Good to note: As the arcade is inside Fun Spot America, you are able to go on some rides before or after. Fun Spot has two locations in Central Florida, one in Orlando and one in Kissimmee. The Kissimmee location is located right next to Old Town, which has additional attractions, and across from World Food Trucks which 55 different food trucks where you can grab something to eat.

GameTime

GameTime Kissimmee, and GameTime Ocoee, are the perfect spot for some family fun as lots of fun arcade games. GameTime is not just an arcade, but an entertainment center with over 25,000 square feet of game-filled space. They have more than 100 classic and new arcade games, mini bowling, prize machines and more. They also have some of our favorite midway-type games and fun competitive games that you can play with the kids. If you are looking for a great game selection, then GameTime is for you.

GameTime also has a full-service restaurant, so you don’t have to leave when the kids get hungry.

Good to note: The Kissimmee location is located at Sunset Walk which has a variety of restaurants, shops and a movie theater so you can plan an entire day or evening out.

In the Game

Remember the hours of fun you used to have in the arcade running from game to game, beating the high score and winning awesome prizes? It’s time to pass on the tradition to your kids with a fun afternoon at In the Game. Not only does In the Game Icon Park have arcade games, but they also have a few additional attractions which your kids will be clamoring to play. They have an Escape Room, a Mirror Maze and a VR Game with 4 different game options. Visit In the Game to play some games, win some prizes and create awesome memories with the family.

Good to note: In the Game is located at ICON Park, so you can combine a visit here with a visit to some of the other attractions including Museum of Illusions, The Wheel, Max Action Arena and more.

Main Event Orlando

Have you been to Main Event? They recently launched kids eat free on Tuesdays which makes it an awesome place to stop after school. Let the kids get out their energy out with bowling, laser tag, mini golf, rock climbing, billiards, virtual reality, gravity ropes and arcade games. With so much to do at Main Event, you will definitely go back again and again.

Good to note: Main Event is located in Pointe Orlando, so you can grab dinner from one of the restaurants before or after playing games at Main Event. Main Event is also not far from Icon Park, so you could combine a visit to both locations in one outing.
