Mommy and Me classes were a lifesaver for my kiddos and me, especially after my first child. It was a great way to socialize for both of us as well as shaping them during their critical developing years. Watching your child communicate, learn, and build key occupational and physical traits is so amazing. So, get out there and have fun with your kiddo and make some friends while you’re at it.

All Kids Spanish
This Spanish class, designed to teach younger children, focuses on repetition and simple sentences. These classes are high-energy and involve both parent and child in an immersive environment. While using Spanish, children play games, have parachute time, watch stories with puppets, and learn to sing songs.

Grow and Sing Studios’ Kindermusik programs are age-appropriate programs where different skills – rhythm and movement, instruments, even literacy, when stories are read to the children. Younger children will be encouraged to start moving with the music and all children will benefit from being exposed to a wide range of genres of music, instead of just the same old kids music that you’re expecting. Grow and Sing Studios sometimes offers free preview classes.

Join Advent Health for Women as they host Little Music Makers, now online only. Each class is age appropriate and focuses on music, singing, language, and movement.

RDV Athletic Club
This swimming program, which is flexible to adjust for your child’s age and skill level, teaches them both basic water safety and beginning swimming. Children learn about how to ask before entering the pool, how to do so safely, what to do if they fall in, and other important lessons. There is also singing and parent-child bonding time.

Twinkle Tots Dance with Me
Twinkle Tots Dance With Me class at Footworks Dance Studio is meant as an introduction to dance, where students learn the basic elements while working with an adult. Students will play games, sing songs, and learn to dance. The program also encourages children to become more familiar with the studio environment, leading to them being able to take classes on their own. There is a required outfit for children.

If you want to introduce your kids to tennis at an early age, then sign up for the Family Time Class at the USTA National Campus. It is an interactive adult and child playtime that introduces kids to the fundamentals of tennis in a fun themed-based environment.
