While you may enjoy 18 holes of golf, your kids probably won’t; to be honest, you probably wouldn’t enjoy playing 18 holes of golf with your kids any more than they would enjoy playing it with you. Mom, I’m bored would probably be a very popular refrain. Mini golf on the other hand, your kids will probably enjoy and you will probably enjoy going with them.

Mighty Jungle Golf has been named the best mini golf course in Orlando, and the reason why is clear. There are no windmills here, but there are zebras, lions, and tigers ready to swat your balls away. Well, maybe not, but they do add to the atmosphere, along with waterfalls, and other obstacles.

Disney’s Winter Summerland

It’s Christmas in July, or any other day of the week at Disney’s snow-covered and Christmas-themed golf course at Disney’s Blizzard Beach. The two courses here are filled with Disney characters (naturally) celebrating Christmas and playing in the snow. Expect some crowds with park visitors here as well.

Location: Disney’s Blizzard Beach
Hours: Vary by day

Hollywood Drive-In Mini Golf

The two courses here are movie-themed. One course pulls inspiration from 1950s sci-fi and the other from campy horror films (but nothing too scary for kids). Unlike most of the other courses on this list, Hollywood Drive-In doesn’t take itself too seriously, and the courses are a little sillier, with more traditional obstacles. Because the course is at Orlando’s Citywalk, you may find this course a little more crowded with tourists.

Location: 6000 Universal Blvd, Orlando
Phone: (407) 802-4848
Hours: 9:00AM-2:00AM
